Airlines launches more discounts for retirees

More than 86,000 retirees and pensioners of the military box will have a discount of 30% on flights to 37 cabotage destinations

Aerolineas Argentinas and the Financial Aid Institute (IAF), in charge of the payment of military retirements and pensions, signed an agreement that will benefit retirees from that box to travel to all destinations in the country.

Thus, the more than 86,000 retirees and pensioners of the IAF will have a discount of 30% on the published fares on flights to the 37 cabotage destinations covered by Airlines.

The agreement is similar to those already signed by the state company with the ANSES, the Social Security Institute of Neuquén, the Institute of Social Welfare of Buenos Aires, the Social Security and Insurance Institute of Chubut, the Retirement and Pension Fund of Santa Fe , the Coordinator of Social Security and Social Security Funds for Professionals, the Social Security Fund of Tierra del Fuego, the Retirement and Retirement Fund of Córdoba and the Social Security, Insurance and Loan Institute of Chaco.

“This program of benefits aims to encourage traffic outside the high season or long weekends, taking advantage of the fact that it is a public with greater availability to travel at any time of the year,” said Aerolineas.

During the signing of the agreement, the commercial director of Aerolíneas, Máximo Amadeo, stressed that “this type of agreement is very important because it allows new travelers to choose the plane as a means of transport”.

And the holder of the IAF, Fabián Rogel, emphasized that Aerolineas Argentinas will be “the initial kick of a series of agreements, discounts and new services” that will provide their beneficiaries.
